. . . has spent over 8 years in aspects of college and career consulting, group facilitation, life coaching, teaching, and public speaking. Her focal areas include the discovery of one’s passions, purposes, and goals, whether in the home, community, or work.
Early in her vocation as a career counselor, Sharon founded “Women of Leadership”, a program designed to mentor college women in various aspects of life. In addition, she has served in adjunct faculty positions at Wheaton College (IL) and at Colorado Christian University. Sharon has guest lectured on topics relevant to identity, purpose, passion, and transition within both church and university settings. After serving as Director of Career Services at Colorado Christian University, she and her husband founded Colorado Leadership Consultants, LLC.
Sharon is trained and certified with The Call Vocational & Life Purpose Guide and is an authorized distributor of The Call from Follow Your Calling. In addition, she has received professional training in the T3 Facilitator Program at Vail Leadership Institute in Colorado. She has earned a Master of Science degree in Family and Child Studies, from Northern Illinois University and a B.A. in Psychology from Carson-Newman College, TN.
Sharon resides in Colorado with her husband and four children.
