In addition to assessments, CLC facilitates group sessions which dives deeper into the lives of men and women. During these 1/2 day to 3-4 weekend retreats, Greg and/or Sharon Kitzmiller will guide groups through an "Inside First" model and focus on values, beliefs, purpose, vision, and leadership plans.
CLC can tailor these adventure retreats into any desired level of introspection and adventure that you desire. We believe that we can help your group focus on who you are and where you want to go. What is your creed? What do you stand for? What signifcance in the world will you or your group like to take on? These are just a sampling of the thoughts you will start to unravel during your time with us. Just imagine taking your men's small group on an adventure fly fishing down a river or a golf outing while taking the time to really learn about yourself and your group.
